monday came in hot. r/ClaudeAI woke up, found an outdated support article, and collectively lost its mind across four separate posts. the thesis: Anthropic quietly locked Opus behind a paywall-within-a-paywall for Pro users in Claude Code. 427 upvotes on ClaudeAI, 261 on ClaudeCode, comment sections on fire. the pitch torches were out, the migration plans to Qwen were drafted, and then ClaudeOfficial showed up with receipts from the Wayback Machine. turns out the doc was from before Opus was even available on Pro. false alarm. the fastest-rising post of the day? someone vibe reverse-engineered a Divoom MiniToo's Bluetooth protocol to turn it into a physical Claude Code status indicator. the process: fed the Android APK to Opus, pointed it at jadx for decompilation, and iteratively built out enough of the protocol to drive the pixel display from their machine. it now sits on their desk showing Claude Code's current state in real time.

this is the kind of project that makes the subreddit worth reading. not another todo app. not another ChatGPT wrapper. a person who wanted a physical glowing cube that tells them when Claude is thinking, and used Claude itself to reverse-engineer the Bluetooth protocol to make it happen. the ouroboros energy is immaculate. top comment nailed it: "The Enphase auth snippet would be genuinely useful. The Enlighten JWT flow catches a lot of people off guard."
